Rules & Regulations

The Royale at Cerros Sands

The Resort is located at 952 Altun Ha Court.

The Room is Fully Furnished and includes Towels, Linens, Shower & Washing Supplies.

Longer Minimum Stays may be required during Holiday Periods.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property or furnishings and anything requiring extensive cleaning.

Pets are allowed with a $200.00 additional deposit.

If premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, guest(s)

 shall inform the office immediately at 670-8818.

Cancellation Policy: If guest(s) wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 50% if cancelled within 14 days of initial reservation.

The Royale at Cerros Sands may also be entitled to cancel the guest(s) stay if house rules are broken during the rental period.

We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in the case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit the guest(s) from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.

Payment: Acceptable Payment methods are VISA, MASTERCARD or Bank Transfer.

The first 18 hole course in Belize was installed on our property here in Corozal, Belize. This course map has been uploaded to the popular UDisc App. The permanent baskets installed here are the Prodigy Disc T2 Championship level baskets.

The first hole of the course is located on the beach outside the entrance to the Resort.

The first of five buildings which will include 4 hotel style rooms is nearing completion. We will open up the reservations side of the resort as soon as possible.
