In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the management request your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and The Royale at Cerros Sands under which the rooms are permitted to be used by guest.

The Resort is located at 952 Altun Ha Court.

The Room are Fully Furnished and includes Towels, Linens, Shower & Washing Supplies.

Longer Minimum Stays may be required during Holiday Periods.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property or furnishings and anything requiring extensive cleaning.

Pets are allowed with a $200.00 additional deposit.

If premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, guest(s) shall inform the office immediately at 670-8818

1.Check in please present your ID card Passport upon check-in By law guest must present a personal identification for hotel records.

2. Departure check out time is 11:00 am please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is avaliable, the normal rate will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry period the management shall have the right to ask the guest or remove his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest and it will he held at a secure spot at reception for pick up.

3. Guest’s Belongings, guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The management will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest’s belongings.

4. Cancellation Policy: If guest(s) wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 50% if cancelled within 14 days of initial reservation.

5.The Royale at Cerros Sands may also be entitled to cancel the guest(s) stay if house rules are broken during the rental period.

We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in the case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit the guest(s) from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.

Payment: Acceptable Payment methods are VISA, MASTERCARD or Bank Transfer.
